Lenovo Sales Manager, Workstation BDM 2018 Eligible Qualification Notification

• Responsibilities of the position:Manage end to end business at the channel partners with regards to sales , marketing & after Sales
• Drive Sellout for all Key account partners (GT & LFR ) . Ensure growth of Lenovo in terms of T3 reach,
• Ensure minimum threshold levels of extraction
• Manage the Promoter Program from a productivity & hygiene the key accounts
• Ensure Instore & Outstore visibility as per the Organisation’s Plano gram
• Ensure hygiene of permanent and semi-permanent fixtures deployed by the Organisation
• Ensure upward movement of the Key Accounts : B to A , A to A+ as per targets specified by the organization
• Ensure Stock & adequate range availability at any given point of time
• Draw & execute a marketing calendar for his accounts
• Engage with the RD to ensure proper Team deployment , adherence to beat plans ,  timely stock deliveries, claim & issue settlement
• Maintain a minimum Retail Satisfaction Score ( external agency )

• 5-7 years of channel sales experience
• Handset/ Telecom/ FMCG industry experience
• Based out of Bhopal/Indore

• Co-own the responsibility for Workstation Rev & GM for the Region/Territory along with the field sales teams.
• Enable POC in a set of VLE & Pub customers. Focus on specific key accounts with regular interlocks.
• Own the ISV engagement within the territory, participate with ISV in key events
• Maintain Relationship with Workstation specific Channel partners and identify and build new partners
• Enable Internal and Channel Sales thru regular training sessions
• Manage the demo program for the region/territory

• 7+ years of relevant experience.
• Should have excellent understanding of  WS business and Hardware industry.
• Good experience in Sales and stake holder management
• Advanced spreadsheet and numerical analysis skills: business cases, margin analysis;
• Project management skills; Group facilitation skills; Analytical skills; Problem solving skills;
• Ability to be pro-active with a sense of urgency;
